Mr. Vikram Darve, Founder, Proprietor
Mr. Vikram Darve is the founder and sole proprietor of Career Vision Aviation Academy, One of the best Vocational Institutes in Mumbai. True to his vision, he has founded this institute which boasts of having empowered hundreds of young students to pursue their careers in Airline & Travel Tourism industry.
As a proficient and result-oriented professional, Mr.Darve has over 21 years of versatile experience in Airport Operations, Airline back office, Business Development, Planning & Commercial management of educational institute. His wide experience in understanding the staffing process of more than a dozen of leading travel companies has enabled him to mentor his students to work for them in a very professional and competitive work atmosphere.
Till date, Mr. Darve has conducted & Participated in various Career Guidance programs organized by colleges, media and various leading educational institutes.
Mr. Darve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with History as a major subject from University of Mumbai. Mr.Darve has also completed Instructional Design course and Foundation course offered by IATA. In addition, he was privileged to attend the Airport Baggage Handling training program conducted by Alitalia Airlines at London Heathrow Airport. Furthermore, he has completed Dangerous Goods Recurrent Training Program conducted by Northwest Airlines at Mumbai Airport.
Mrs. Shraddha Darve, Co -founder
Shraddha heads the HR, Administration and Training Department. She Plays a key role in devising policies and monitors overall functional execution of the organization.
Shraddha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with Economics as a major subject from University of Mumbai. Shraddha has also completed her IATA/UFTAA foundation course; In addition she is a qualified trainer for Virgin Atlantic Airfares & Ticketing course Level 1 & 2. During, the initial phase of her career she was working as a Ground Staff for Northwest Airlines. Shraddha is part of the training team since inception of our institute. She enjoys every little task that goes in educating and mentoring her students. Shraddha has played an instrumental role in training the students for IATA/UFTAA exams.
Ms. Pallavi Narendra Naik – Senior Faculty
Pallavi as a trainer is an asset to the institute, with an experience of more than 6 years in the field of Travel and Tourism. She has completed her bachelor’s in English Literature. After this she decided to pursue a Career in the field of Travel & Tourism.
Starting her journey with a Diploma in Travel & Tourism, later she completed her International certification of IATA Foundation and IATA Consultant. She has worked with esteemed organisations in the field like Crossworld Holidays, Trade Wings, WNS Global Services, Lehman Brothers and Carlson Wagonlit Travels. With this experience, she stepped into the field of training. She is now associated with Career Vision Aviation Academy as a passionate trainer, inspiring various young minds to pursue Travel & Tourism as career.
